The Sales Strategy, Operations, & Enablement (SSOE) team is central to a rapidly growing business focused on acquiring new B2B customers in Financial Services. We are versatile professionals providing strategic leadership and operational support across the organization. We seek a talented Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to help grow revenue and expand our customer base.

About The Job
We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, improve sales and account management processes, and align cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and data. The ideal candidate is analytical, experienced in sales strategy and operations, and skilled at deriving insights from large datasets.

Responsibilities

  1. Enterprise Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Manage enterprise sales targets and synthesize contract data for strategic planning.
  2. Performance Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Track account performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Enterprise Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on data-driven pricing proposals to maximize revenue.
  4. Product Operationalization: Support launch and growth of enterprise offerings through scalable processes.
  5. Revenue & Account Insights: Use data to inform revenue, retention, and expansion strategies.
  6. Executive Communication: Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.

Skills / Experiences You Have

  • 5+ years of corporate experience, including 2+ years in analyst, business intelligence, consulting, product, or strategy roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), Tableau, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
