Job summary

Conduit Health, Inc is seeking a Strategy and Operations leader to join the Office of the CEO and help build the organization behind a fast-growing healthcare company. You will own priorities around talent, organizational strategy, and company-building, reporting directly to the CEO.

You’ll drive org design, performance reviews, and headcount planning, partnering with finance on budgeting, compensation frameworks, and a scalable operating rhythm. The role is hybrid with NYC-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, strategy & operations, or exceptional high-growth startup.
• Extremely high ownership, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communicator who works with senior executives.
• Excited by recruiting, talent, and building organizations.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with high responsibility.
• Hybrid in NYC office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Org design and structure: turn priorities into clear org actions and scalable plan.
• Performance management: design and launch first performance review process.
• Talent strategy: hiring plans, role definitions, succession, and oversee recruiting engine.
• Headcount and workforce planning: align hiring with budget and business priorities; build compensation frameworks.
• Team alignment and operating rhythm: design cadence for meetings and decisions.
• Culture and engagement: shape practices that scale while preserving Conduit's values.
• People infrastructure: implement policies, tools, and systems.
