Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader within the Strategic Operations team. You will transform broad business problems into structured initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to define questions and drive actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and program management; able to structure ambiguous problems and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience developing clear, compelling, executive-ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to influence without authority and work effectively with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.
• Working proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; curious about using AI and new tools to work smarter.
• Self-starter who takes ownership, moves quickly without sacrificing quality, brings ideas forward, and is eager to learn and grow through feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take broad, ambiguous problems and bring structure: define question, develop approach, drive recommendations.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end with plans, timelines, risk tracking.
• Partner with leaders across functions to align on priorities and move work forward.
• Own business rhythms: reviews, leadership forums, team development.
• Perform analyses, synthesize data, and test recommendations as needed.
