Job summary

Datavant is a data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare. This strategic role sits in the Strategic Operations team and reports to the Director of Strategic Operations, partnering with the Risk Adjustment COO to drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.

You will work closely with senior leaders to structure ambiguous problems, develop playbooks, and deliver executive-ready recommendations that move the business forward in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and program management with cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; openness to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Take broad, ambiguous problems and bring structure: define the question, approach, and recommendations.
• Develop and refine strategies and operating models to help teams scale.
• Prepare executive-ready materials including business reviews and leadership updates.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end with plans, timelines, and risk tracking.
• Drive initiatives to completion with speed and quality, adjusting as priorities shift.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and execution and foster continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, client-facing, and corporate teams to align on priorities.
• Own business rhythms like reviews, leadership forums, and team development.
• Contribute analytically: build analyses, synthesize data, and stress-test recommendations.
