Job summary
New Leaf Custom Homes in Dallas is seeking a Strategy & Operations Leader to work directly with the Owners and leadership on the company’s most critical problems. You will move from market sizing and operating plans to standing up new processes across teams, driving impact and owning outcomes.
You will bring consulting-grade rigor while guiding cross-functional teams, reporting to the Owner and collaborating with Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations to accelerate growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of professional experience, including 2–4 years at top-tier management consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
- Strong structured problem-solving: ambiguity to clarity
- Analytical horsepower with financial/operational models
- Excellent written and verbal communication to executives
- Proven cross-functional influence and delivery with timelines
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.
- Structure ambiguous questions and build analysis/backing models from scratch.
- Own planning rhythm: annual/quarterly goals, OKRs, reviews.
- Turn data/insights into executive-ready recommendations for the Board and executives.
