Job summary

Revyse is hiring a Strategy and Operations Lead to tackle the company’s highest-priority cross-functional problems. You will diagnose the issue, build the solution, drive it through implementation, and establish durable ownership before moving on.

The role is in-person, on-site in Bend, Oregon, but may be remote within the US for the perfect candidate. You will work across engineering, sales, CX, and finance to ensure initiatives ship and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Evidence of ownership from start to finish with problems inherited and solved.
• Shipped software experience; ability to write specs and participate in engineering standups.
• Ability to impose structure on vague problems without a full spec.
• Flexibility to handle pricing, benefits, and operations with equal seriousness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the actual constraint by talking to the work teams and reviewing data.
• Build the solution artifacts: specs, models, processes, pricing, and partner agreements.
• Drive implementation across engineering, sales, CX, and finance until live and functioning.
• Establish durable ownership with a named owner and a measurable lasting impact.
• Handle cross-functional scopes like pricing architectures or marketplace launches.
• Provide clear updates with findings, decisions, and needs.
• Leverage AI to diagnose, draft, analyze, and automate workflows.
• Represent the company well to customers, partners, and vendors.
