Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Product Lead to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our B2C/B2B digital loyalty products integrated into our platforms. This remote, US-based role reports to the VP of Product & Data and offers a salary range of $150k–$190k plus bonus.

You will drive pod-based product management, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and business leaders, and shape product decisions from discovery to launch and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management in B2C/B2B loyalty, commerce, or marketplaces.
• Proven success shipping products from zero to one and iterating on results.
• Strong technical literacy with APIs, integrations, data models, and platform choices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategic bets, and outcome-based roadmap for loyalty and commerce experiences across web/app.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align product direction with Revance's digital strategy and growth goals.
• Establish outcome-based OKRs and KPIs (enrollments, engagement, retention, LTV).
• Lead the full lifecycle: discovery, UX/design, development, QA/UAT, launch, and iteration.
• Translate customer and regulatory needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive build quality through strong crossfunctional alignment with Engineering and QA.
• Serve as the product lead within a crossfunctional pod, owning prioritization and tradeoffs.
• Coordinate crossfunctional contributors to meet delivery goals with or without people management responsibilities.
• Escalate only when tradeoffs impact strategy, timeline, or risk.
