Amazon in Seattle, WA is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. You will own strategic planning cycles, produce executive reports, and drive cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable impact.

You will partner with senior leaders to craft plans, analyze trends, and present clear recommendations that rally the organization around a shared vision and ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and coordinate releases.
• Adept at data analysis using MS Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning/goal-setting cycles and present proposals to senior leaders
• Drive reporting mechanisms including monthly updates and reviews
• Deepen understanding through deep-dive analyses and focused reports
• Craft executive communications for senior leadership and translate analytics into decisions
• Strengthen org cohesion by driving cross-functional mechanisms/workstreams
• Support senior leadership with additional projects as needed
