Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong strategic analysis and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, structure and execute strategic and operational initiatives.
• Drive operating excellence through resource allocation, measurement and progress updates.
• Deliver on complex initiatives foundational to the Mastery team achieving its learning and business objectives.
• Analyze business processes to identify issues and uncover levers for improvement; influence executives.
• Structure and package work into compelling presentations for executives.
