Job summary

Rockstar is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager in New York to build and scale the company’s operational backbone, starting with the revenue cycle management (RCM) organization. This generalist role reports to the Head of RCM and designs systems, processes, and the org structure needed to support a growing portfolio of NP-owned practices.

You will stand up scalable workflows, run cross-functional projects, and translate data into action so a practice runs smoothly day to day.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and operations, preferably at a startup or in healthcare/healthtech.
• Ability to build and scale operational functions from scratch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ambiguous problems.
• Solid program and project management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and turning insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale operations, creating repeatable workflows and playbooks.
• Shape operating model, capacity planning, vendor strategy, and roadmap for enterprise RCM.
• Help build MSO-PC structure, standardize services, set SLAs and handoffs.
• Identify bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and implement tooling/automation.
• Translate data into actionable next steps for practices and owners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across product, finance, and clinical ops.
• Maintain knowledge of revenue cycle processes to partner with RCM team.
