Rockstar is a mobile-first digital product studio seeking a Partnerships Lead to own the full cycle—from first touchpoint to signed deal and handoff to Customer Strategy. You’ll shape the go-to-market motion, identify channels, refine messaging, and build a repeatable process.
You’ll speak with NP practice owners to understand operational and financial pressures, diagnose where the client can move the needle, and build trust to close deals.
Rockstar is recruiting for a mobile-first digital product studio that turns ideas into extraordinary experiences. They are a team of dynamic and savvy professionals who know how to create killer digital products. Their lean structure and remote team mean they can move fast while still delivering top-notch technology and design.
The client is looking for a Partnerships Lead to own the full cycle of bringing independent NP practice owners onto the platform, from first touchpoint to signed deal to a warm handoff to their Customer Strategy team. This is a ground-floor role: you'll help figure out what channels work, which messages land, and how to build a repeatable motion from scratch.
You'll spend most of your time in conversation with NP owners, understanding the operational and financial pressures on their practices, diagnosing where the client can move the needle, and building the trust that gets a deal across the line. You'll also roll up your sleeves on the prospecting side, testing tools, refining outreach sequences, and showing up at industry events as a face of the company.
This role is right for someone who's energized by the early, ambiguous work of building a sales motion, not just executing one.
This is the client's first dedicated partnerships hire focused on NP practices. You'll have a direct line to leadership, real influence over how the go-to-market motion is built, and the opportunity to grow into a senior sales leadership role as the team scales. The NP independent practice market is underserved and fast-growing, and their product is built specifically for it.
The client is an equal opportunity employer. They're committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the practices and communities they serve.
