Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York seeks an experienced leader to oversee Revenue Cycle Operations and Optimization. You will manage relationships with third-party billing partners and the EPIC hosting organization, drive optimization strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support reporting on fee schedules and contracts.

You will collaborate across clinical, operational, finance, IT, and payer stakeholders to improve reimbursement accuracy and overall revenue cycle performance,

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in billing, coding, denial management and underpayment analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Two years’ experience with EPIC Reporting; EPIC reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, retains and develops staff; conducts performance evaluations and maintains a professional work environment.
• Leads revenue cycle optimization projects to prevent denials and maximize cash collection.
• Monitors KPIs and reports on revenue cycle performance across departments and vendors.
