Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team.

You will own strategic planning, drive key reports, and partner with senior leadership to define and operationalize high-impact strategies. You will conduct deep-dive analyses, craft executive communications, and orchestrate cross-functional workstreams to propel growth and align the org around a clear strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning/goal-setting cycles and present plans to senior leaders.
• Drive reporting mechanisms including monthly goal updates and reviews.
• Deepen business understanding through deep-dive analyses and reports.
• Craft executive communications for senior leadership.
• Strengthen cross-functional cohesion by driving mechanisms for cross-functional efforts.
• Support senior leadership with additional strategic projects as needed.
