Big Wave Digital is seeking high-caliber Strategy & Operations professionals for multiple tracks in a fast-growing fintech. You will diagnose complex problems, own end-to-end client outcomes, and deliver scalable playbooks that reduce future escalations across product, engineering and legal teams.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, build automations and reporting, and shape go-to-market decisions by surfacing patterns from messy data across multi-system environments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years at a top-tier firm (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) or equivalent, with ownership of outcomes.
• Named owner of strategic client relationships or complex engagements in a high-touch enterprise setting.
• Experience turning messy data into quantified business impact for actionable changes.
• Ability to drive outcomes through teams you do not directly control (Product/Engineering/Legal).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and ship fixes that scale into playbooks for future escalations, integrations or audits.
• Build tooling, automation and reporting to empower teams to act like owners.
• Identify patterns that influence product or go-to-market decisions and advocate for change.
