United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to the VP of Brokerage Product & Customer Care. This role partners with senior leaders to drive strategy, align priorities, and accelerate execution in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will translate strategic priorities into well-structured plans, coordinate cross-functional programs, and oversee critical initiatives to ensure clarity, accountability, and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a chief of staff role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Brokerage Products & Customer Care, translating vision into actionable plans and operating rhythms across the organization.
• Design, optimize, and manage the organization's business rhythm, including leadership meetings, QBRs, and annual planning cycles.
• Drive complex, large-scale product initiatives from concept to execution, refining product design and execution.
