Bauhinia Search Partners is partnering with a fast-growing fintech to recruit a Strategy & Operations leader. This broad, cross-functional role combines rigorous analysis with hands-on execution to tackle high-priority strategic initiatives.

You’ll work with senior leadership to build financial, operational, and analytical models, develop KPIs and dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations. You’ll collaborate across Product, Operations, Finance, Growth, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or client-facing delivery roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Fintech or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the business.
• Evaluate new products, markets, growth opportunities, and initiatives.
• Build financial, operational, and analytical models to inform decisions.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and operating frameworks to improve performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, Growth, and others.
• Identify bottlenecks and build scalable solutions.
• Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable results.
• Provide structure to ambiguous problems and support long-term planning.
