Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager in San Francisco, CA. The role partners with the Senior Operations Manager to own our secured-lending product end-to-end, from process design to GTM and partnerships.

You will own weekly business reporting, drive cross-functional projects, and aggressively apply AI tools to accelerate work. The position is hybrid, based in San Francisco with two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment as a generalist operator or similar role.
• Strong analytical background with ability to translate numbers into recommendations.
• Ability to own KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver recurring business reporting that drives decisions.
• Comfort using AI tools as a daily multiplier for analysis and automation.
• Crisp written communication with high agency and bias to action.
• Bay Area–based and able to work from SF office two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own our newest secured-lending product front to back—from process design to performance tracking and vendor management.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver weekly readouts that drive team decisions.
• Design, ship, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.
• Build PR, outreach, and partnership pipelines to expand product reach.
• Leverage AI to automate analyses and accelerate research.
