Job summary

Decagon, a leading conversational AI platform, seeks a Strategy & Operations leader for the Customer team in an in-office role in San Francisco. You will own the strategy, cadence, and operational infrastructure powering deployment and post-sales execution at scale, standardizing launches for complex enterprise customers and improving visibility and forecasting across teams.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure deals are scoped for success

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, or post-sales delivery roles.
• Proven ability to diagnose ambiguous problems and drive structured workstreams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale repeatable customer operations and delivery processes.
• Strengthen cross-functional execution with GTM, Product, and Engineering.
• Lead and grow a Strategy & Operations team focused on scalability and excellence.
