Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, process improvement, operations management, or consulting in healthcare; 3 years with a Master’s degree accepted.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven track record leading strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams; proficient in project management methodologies.

Job Summary

  • Required Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years if experience in strategy development , process improvement, operations management, project management, data analysis or consulting within the healthcare industry . Will accept 3 years with a Master's Degree.
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross- functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ; Advanced Excel knowledge
