Grady Health System in Atlanta seeks a Senior Strategy Leader to develop and implement strategic plans that advance organizational goals, conduct operational assessments, and lead cross-functional teams in process improvement.
The role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering reports to senior leadership, with a strong focus on healthcare regulatory knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
Required Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field.
Master's Degree Preferred.
Minimum of 5 years if experience in strategy development , process improvement, operations management, project management, data analysis or consulting within the healthcare industry .
Will accept 3 years with a Master's Degree.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross- functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ; Advanced Excel knowledge
