Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Strategy & Performance leader to develop and implement comprehensive plans that advance organizational goals. You will partner with executives to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and monitor outcomes through data-driven analysis.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy or operations within healthcare, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's is preferred for senior leadership pathways.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred for seniority and leadership responsibilities.
  • Minimum 5 years in strategy development, process improvement, operations, project management, data analysis, or healthcare consulting. May consider 3 years with a Master's degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methods.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Job Summary
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support organizational goals.
  2. Conduct operational assessments to identify areas of improvement.

  5. Provide recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
  6. Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  7. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  8. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.

Required Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree Preferred.

Minimum of 5 years if experience in strategy development , process improvement, operations management, project management, data analysis or consulting within the healthcare industry . Will accept 3 years with a Master's Degree.

Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.

Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.

Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross- functional teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ; Advanced Excel knowledge
