• Will accept 3 years with a Master's Degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel knowledge.
