Job summary

Sankhara, an investment firm, seeks a Strategy & Operations Associate to support acquisition execution, develop strategic ideas, and run the day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and involves building financial models, evaluating vendors, and coordinating with appraisers and counsel to ensure diligence and progress across assets.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets).
• Discretion with confidential investor and collector information.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis; diligence and evaluation of vendors.
• Support and evaluate the strategy pipeline alongside the Director of Strategy.
• Build and maintain financial and operating models underpinning Sankhara's strategy, including long-horizon cash flow, carrying cost, and fee architecture analysis.
• Coordinate with specialists, appraisers and outside counsel on scheduling appraisals and documentation to ensure progress.
• Execute per-asset provenance diligence including checklists, drafting materials and workflow from sourcing to title transfer.
