Job summary

General Atlantic in New York is seeking an Associate to join the Growth Acceleration team. The role drives execution across high‑priority diligence and portfolio value creation projects, spanning go‑to‑market, pricing, operations, and AI/data science.

You will design workstreams, coordinate analysts, synthesize findings into executive materials, and present insights to senior investors, portfolio leaders, and founders. This role offers exposure to diverse industries within GA's global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Highly analytical coupled with strong intuition; able to think and react quickly.
• Strong project management skills - time management, pattern recognition, prioritization and strong judgement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research and analysis to understand market trends and dynamics.
• Own workstream design and day-to-day execution with coordinations of analysts.
• Review market research reports and data to evaluate landscape and positioning.
• Synthesize findings across workstreams to deliver market insights for stakeholders.
• Package materials into executive‑level presentations for senior investors and management.
