Job summary

Verse Medical in San Francisco is seeking a generalist Strategy & Operations leader to help heal a fragmented healthcare system. You’ll report to the Head of Strategy & Operations and collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product.

Within your first year you’ll lead major initiatives, produce analytics for executive decisions, and help scale new business lines while balancing ambitious pace with a sustainable cadence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consulting, startup, or similarly rigorous role within healthcare and/or technology.
• Equal strength in quantitative and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to iterate strategy quickly based on market signals and work in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage significant portions of projects.
• Develop and scale new initiatives, including sales into new verticals and large implementations.
• Produce analytics and recommendations to inform executive decisions and company direction.
• Collaborate with product, operations and legal to solve complex problems.
