Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in office management or facilities coordination
• Strong judgment and professionalism; independent with proactive approach
• Organized with reliable systems for smooth operations
• Willingness to be on-site in San Francisco 10–20 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Ensure SF office operates smoothly daily
• Anticipate day-to-day office needs and resolve issues
• Serve as first contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Maintain organized workspace and common areas
• Oversee all office logistics including supplies, deliveries, space setup, and building access
• Ensure conference rooms and A/V systems are functional
• Liaise with building management on facilities and safety
• Manage external vendors (cleaning, IT, office supplies)
• Monitor office budgets and process invoices
• Act as on-site IT operations liaison for basic troubleshooting and inventory
• Support onboarding and workspace preparation
• Lead office move-ins and move-outs
• Plan in-office and off-site events
• Work independently and keep leadership informed
