Job summary

Niron Magnetics, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Strategy & Operations to work directly with our senior leadership during a pivotal growth phase.

You will be useful across many functions, learning the business from the inside out and supporting corporate development, finance, program management, and operations. You will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Development and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to build models, trackers, and strategic deliverables that inform decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytically rigorous field; rigor of program matters more than subject.
• Strong academic record with meaningful involvement outside the classroom.
• 0–2 years of professional experience. Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you track commitments without reminders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of discrete work streams and drive to completion.
• Prepare and format materials for investor, Board, customer, and government audiences.
• Attend meetings, capture decisions, and drive follow-up to closure.
• Serve as connective tissue across functions; chase inputs blocking decisions.
