Qualifications

  • Ability to own and drive initiatives with sound judgment and independence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day work across structured analysis, priorities, scenario planning, strategic initiatives, performance measures, and executive decision support.
  • Translate priorities into documented plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build lightweight, repeatable processes suited for an early-stage company and scalable over time.
  • Collaborate across functions to resolve dependencies and deliver complete outcomes.
  • Identify risks early, propose proportional solutions, and escalate key decisions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and handle information responsibly.
  • Use evidence to improve quality, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
  • Communicate progress, constraints, priorities, and results clearly to teammates.
