• Experience building systems in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day work across structured analysis, priorities, scenario planning, initiatives, measures, and executive support.
• Translate priorities into documented plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Build lightweight, repeatable processes suited for an early-stage company.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Identify risks early and escalate consequential decisions while documenting decisions.
