Job summary

Niron Magnetics is seeking a Manager of Corporate Development to join our Minneapolis headquarters. This hands-on role partners with senior leadership to inform capital formation, government financing, and strategic growth as the company scales toward high-volume production.

You will build financial models, prepare investor materials, coordinate diligence, and translate engineering progress into compelling business narratives for executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or growth equity, corporate development, corporate strategy, or top-tier management consulting.
• Proven ownership of financial models built from scratch.
• Excellent written communication for Board- and investor-quality materials.
• Experience managing multi-workstream processes to external deadlines.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Capital Formation and Investor Relations: build financial models, investor materials, and data room management.
• Government and Strategic Financing: support applications and reporting for federal/state programs.
• Corporate Strategy and Market Analysis: build market sizing and demand models; analyze pricing and capacity planning.
• Partnerships and Inorganic Growth: structure negotiations for joint development, supply, and offtake agreements; evaluate acquisitions and JVs.
