About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Project Associate to join our fast-growing team in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will manage large-scale projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and help execute initiatives that drive significant business growth. High-performing employees will have a clear path for career advancement into leadership roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute large-scale strategic projects for leading AI labs and technology companies.
  • Coordinate and manage projects that contribute to multi-million-dollar business growth.
  • Source, screen, onboard, and manage highly skilled domain experts across various industries, including Software Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Finance, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for project expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure timely execution.
  • Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (recent graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Internship or professional experience in Consulting, Finance, Startups, Operations, Business Strategy, Program Management, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients or customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project or program management.
  • Experience in business operations or strategic operations.
  • Familiarity with AI, technology, or startup environments.
  • Experience recruiting or managing external stakeholders is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
