The Strategy + Operations team enables and empowers the global team to deliver high-quality design and research through clarity, efficiency, and strategic alignment. We create leverage through systems that scale to accelerate product outcomes, build organizational resilience, drive transformation, and cultivate culture.

  • Experience with tools across the Microsoft ecosystem, Airtable, Figma, Miro, and other collaboration, documentation, and program management platforms such as PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or Notion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting design, research, product, or other highly cross-functional organizations
  • Experience leading or contributing to AI-related transformation, adoption, enablement, or operational improvement initiatives
