Position Overview

We are looking for a US-based Senior Associate who can independently drive significant portions of client engagements while bridging the gap between business strategy and emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML. The ideal candidate is a strong technical practitioner who can also excel as a consultant, equally comfortable discussing business strategy with executives, designing AI-enabled solutions with technical teams, and personally building prototypes, agents, automations, and data-driven applications when needed. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, deep technical curiosity, and hands‑on experience applying AI/ML and modern technologies to solve complex business challenges. They combine consulting instincts with technical execution to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems through technology, and takes ownership from problem definition through implementation. The successful candidate will build trusted client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and continuously explore new AI capabilities while helping clients realize measurable business value through modern technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own significant workstreams within client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, measurable business outcomes, and strong client satisfaction.

• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and architects to support solution design, delivery priorities, and technical implementation.
• Contribute hands‑on when needed through coding, prototyping, AI agent development, workflow automation, data analysis, and technical experimentation.
• Mentor junior consultants, collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams, including offshore resources, and contribute to a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, software engineering, data analytics, AI, or a related professional services environment.
• Experience independently owning significant workstreams on complex client engagements.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders, including senior leaders, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, structured problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to independently drive workstreams from problem definition through implementation while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and modern technology ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience with technologies such as Python, SQL or similar technologies.
