Qualifications
- Progressive experience in strategy, market planning, finance, and real estate.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytics, BI, and retail economics experience; 2+ years in retail or real estate preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions.
- MBA or master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-range growth and pipeline planning; develop multi-year growth scenarios.
- Build market-level plans and performance frameworks tied to enterprise goals.
- Improve pipeline visibility, data integrity, and cross-source reconciliation.
- Connect unit economics to portfolio strategy and KPIs.
- Guide complex development decisions with data-backed recommendations.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner across Development for senior leaders.
