Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and drive cross-channel, enterprise espresso and tea growth strategy.
• Lead essential planning for coffee and tea initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Guide senior teams to develop insights, build hypotheses, and drive action.
• Review and ensure integrity of project analyses and timelines.
• Create structured presentations outlining key business issues, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with global in-market teams, product development, R&D, and equipment groups to deliver the pipeline of initiatives.
• Communicate advancement needs to development and product teams.
• Influence across the organization for maximum brand and business impact.
