Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a business analysis manager within Licensed Coffeehouses Finance to provide support across the North America Licensed unit. You will partner with Retail and Store Operations to drive financial planning, budgeting, modelling, and performance analyses that inform strategic decisions.

In this senior FP&A role, you will lead cross‑functional projects, develop business cases, present data to executives, and shape plans to achieve or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and business planning.
• Experience supporting retail partnerships and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present to executives and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgets, and strategic initiatives for NA Licensed Coffeehouses.
• Perform complex analyses (NPV, ROI, IRR, P&L) to guide decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects, develop business cases, and present insights.
