Job summary
CorePower Yoga seeks a Director, Real Estate to drive its growth strategy for studios nationwide. You will lead market planning, negotiate leases, and manage a large 213-studio portfolio, partnering with design and construction while representing the brand to landlords and brokers.
You will build and lead a small team, travel ~40%, and report to executive leadership on market performance and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of real estate experience within a multi-unit retail, restaurant, or fitness brand.
- Proven track record managing a large studio portfolio, including lease renewals and relocations.
- Experience leading site selection and market planning for a growing brand.
- Strong lease negotiation experience with landlords and brokers.
- Analytical skills to present data to executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual market planning and site selection aligned with growth objectives.
- Manage the 213-studio portfolio, including renewals and relocations.
- Negotiate LOIs and leases with landlords and brokers to support profitability.
- Collaborate with Design and Construction to deliver sites on time and budget.
- Develop and coach a high-performance market-analysis team.
