Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Manager for the North America Strategy team, located at our New York corporate office with a three-day-in-office hybrid schedule. You will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives spanning merchandising, planning, store operations, and marketing to drive tangible business impact.

The role requires 4+ years in strategy, an MBA preferred, and strong analytical, storytelling, and leadership capabilities to influence senior stakeholders and deliver actionable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy within retail or CPG preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong project leadership and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning & Allocations, Store Ops, and Marketing to solve business problems.
• Build business cases and roadmaps to enable decisions and translate initiatives into impact.
• Coordinate workstreams, set pace, and push teams toward outcomes.
• Support projects that identify opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
