Foot Locker is seeking a District Manager to oversee 11–18 stores, coaching Store Managers and teams to deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences across the district.

You will lead through data-driven insights, partner with regional leadership, and drive operational excellence while traveling extensively and relocating for future opportunities. This leadership role emphasizes talent development and brand standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility.
• At least 3 years of Store Manager experience with proven sales leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders and teams.
• High learning agility, self-awareness, and openness to feedback.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and relocate for future District Manager opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and store teams to deliver consistently strong in-store customer experience.
• Model, teach, and reinforce selling behaviors, leadership expectations, and company values.
• Support District Managers by stepping into temporary coverage during transitions, vacancies, or performance opportunities.
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback and development plans that build leadership capability at all levels.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Partner with Store Managers to create welcoming, customer-first environments that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Reinforce brand and service standards across all supported locations.
• Recruit, hire, training, labor management, and compliance across districts.
• Review performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales, conversion, shrink, and payroll.
