Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
• Experience as Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager (Preferred).
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume retail (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset and deliver solutions to customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Help the team close the loop with customers and achieve sales goals.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Provide on-floor leadership while supporting store priorities.
