Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in management consulting and strategy problem solving.
• Experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology, including growth, roadmap, operating model or investment planning.
• Strong leadership, client management and ability to drive work forward independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop business and growth strategy for client engagements and translate vision into priorities.
• Structure fast-paced client engagements with workplans, analyses, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
• Interact with senior clients as a trusted advisor, shaping initiatives with limited oversight.
• Align business capabilities, product and technology to enterprise strategy and value creation.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and operating models to achieve client visions.
• Lead teams, set priorities, and ensure high-quality client service.
• Collaborate across internal divisions and clients to move recommendations into execution.
• Challenge assumptions and provide clear points of view to senior leaders.
• Mentor colleagues and create momentum in ambiguous situations.
