Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Strategy Ops Analyst for its US E-commerce team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on building and optimizing merchant incentive programs and resource planning for the TikTok Shop US operation.

You will partner with product and finance teams to measure ROI, analyze market benchmarks, and continuously improve incentive effectiveness in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies or consulting firms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python.
• Proven experience in the ecommerce or related industry, preferably within resource management, and incentives.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in incentive design, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmarks for merchant incentives, staying informed about emerging best practices.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to creator incentives, such as conversion rates, GMV growth, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of creator incentive programs.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze the financial impact of creator incentive programs and optimize resource allocation based on ROI analysis.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of creator incentive programs, recommending and implementing adjustments to maximize their impact.
