Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Deep knowledge of supply chain, logistics, planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating findings into business insights.
• Strong project management skills.

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy Growth & Transformation you will:

• Step into the role of Program Management Office Support engaged in modernization of the client'stechnology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness
• Play a pivotal role in transforming the efficiency, agility, and resilience of client-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operation
• Work at the intersection of supply chain best practices, data analysis, and logistics while supporting facilities modernize both technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance
• Ability to be on-site in Huntsville, AL 5 days/week
• 4 to 8 years experience
• Background in Supply Chain/Logistics: Deep understanding of planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes
• Proficient in Data Analysis: Ability to work with enterprise data (ERP, maintenance, procurement) and translate findings into business insights
• Strong and proven Project Management skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, and public sector constraints.
