Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Software Engineer III on the GPS HST Technology team to deliver value through systems implementation, operations, and maintenance. You will work with clients and colleagues to manage projects and drive impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Experience with state public assistance systems: eligibility, benefits determination, case management.
• Experience supporting state clients in eligibility, benefits calculation/issuance, or information management.

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and guiding junior professionals.
• Lead workstreams on engagements related to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk, and Software Application Development & Maintenance.

• Understand the client environment and overall project scope.

Work you'll do

As a Software Engineer III on the GPS HST Technology team, you will be responsible for:

• * Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
• * Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
• * Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
• * Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
• * Responsible for the client and team management including value creation activities

Qualifications

• * 7 + years of consulting and/or industry experience
• * Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management
• * Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management
• * Bachelor's degree
• * Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
