Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in strategy, planning, or related leadership roles.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive execution in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen with forecasting and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and business planning across Payer & Strategic Markets.
• Partner with senior leaders to set priorities and monitor progress.
• Develop and coach a team supporting planning, growth enablement, and initiatives.
• Drive forecasting, performance reviews, and executive reporting.
• Synthesize market and client insights into actionable recommendations.
