Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, strategic planning, program leadership, healthcare, or executive engagement.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable program plans, governance, metrics, and outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, governance, and measures of success.
• Lead end-to-end advisory board programs including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
• Design executive engagement experiences with clear outcomes and decision-ready insights.
• Drive accountability, risk management, and governance across Strategic Planning programs.
