Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, planning, or healthcare leadership.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong financial forecasting and decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and business planning across Payer & Strategic Markets, aligning priorities with financial performance and growth opportunities.
• Partner with senior leaders to set priorities, assess risks, monitor progress, and drive accountable outcomes.
• Lead a team supporting business planning, growth enablement, client-facing activities, RFP support, and initiatives.
• Support health plan new sales, renewals, sub-client RFP activity, client retention, and divisional growth strategies.
• Drive forecasting, performance reviews, planning routines, and executive reporting to identify opportunities and investments.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders on resource allocation, workforce planning, and expense management.
• Monitor market events, competitive intel, client trends, and regulatory developments for opportunities and risks.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for prioritization, service development, and operating model improvements.
