Job summary

Teneo is seeking an Associate Director in its Management Consulting division in New York. You will be a client-facing leader who partners with senior leadership to define and execute client strategy.

The role requires independent thinking to challenge assumptions, structure complex problems, and convert strategy into action across growth strategy, technology-enabled strategy, operating model design, merger integration, and implementation planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop client strategy and growth initiatives.
• Structure and lead fast-paced client engagements with clear workplans.
• Engage directly with senior clients as a trusted advisor.
• Connect business capabilities, product and tech to enterprise strategy.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligning capabilities and investments.
• Lead operating model and merger integration work as needed.
• Set workload and direction for engagement teams across levels.
• Collaborate with internal divisions and client stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Challenge assumptions and articulate clear points of view.
• Serve as a client-facing leader guiding strategy into execution.
