Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager in New York City. You will shape and execute marketing strategies that elevate Teneo in the market, drive client engagement, and position us as the partner of choice for CEOs and senior decision-makers.

You will collaborate with S&C leadership to deploy integrated campaigns across communications, events, content, and business development. You will lead cross-channel marketing initiatives, manage events and content, and mentor

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing, communications, or business development in a global advisory or consulting setting.
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders and cross-regional teams.
• Proven ability to execute events, campaigns, and content for C-Suite audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills for clear, compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives showcasing differentiation and thought leadership.
• Partner with S&C leadership to drive integrated marketing across communications, events, content, and BD.
• Identify leadership visibility opportunities at events and awards; manage processes.
• Own content strategy and distribution across website, social, email, video, and comms.
• Plan and execute client events, conferences, roundtables, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Manage teneo.com content aligned with brand strategy and priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign metrics to inform future strategies.
