Job summary

Cricut is seeking a Director of Strategy & Business for Cricut Creative Labs to lead the business side of this growing platform. You will partner with Product and Engineering to launch and scale tools and content that serve our subscribers’ non-Cricut creative needs.

You’ll own analytics, finance, marketing, and content strategy, drive ambitious KPIs, and shape a startup pace at scale within Cricut’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Ability to co-develop the end-to-end roadmap for a group of creative tools focused on top creative categories.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to direct an independent team and move at startup velocity.
• Deliver on KPIs, focusing on subscriber adoption and monetization across tools and content.
